1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with phlwen, accessing our website at https://phlwen.cam, or using any of our services including mobile applications, live casino games, sports betting, slots, bingo, or any other gaming products we offer, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms govern your use of all phlwen services and form a binding legal contract between you and the Company.

If you are accessing phlwen on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services and must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies posted on the phlwen platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with phlwen and use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

phlwen services are intended exclusively for users located in the Republic of the Philippines. By using our platform, you confirm that you are physically present in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location, and any attempt to circumvent these restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from gambling or using online gaming services, and that your use of phlwen does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2.4 Account Registration Process

To use phlwen services, you must complete our account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.

Each user is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent these systems will be treated as a material breach.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, phlwen requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, or government ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and additional documentation as requested.

Your account may have limited functionality until KYC verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Security and User Obligations

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phlwen will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. In the event of unauthorized use, you agree to notify phlwen immediately via our customer support channels. We will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access unless such access was caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any changes to your personal information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.4 Prohibited Account Sharing

Your phlwen account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phlwen accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and such other payment methods as we may introduce from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and user verification level. VIP and verified users may have access to higher transaction limits. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. phlwen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals.

4.5 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification and meet any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

4.6 Transaction Fees

phlwen does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees. Any fees charged by third parties are your sole responsibility.

4.7 Currency Exchange

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee charged by the payment processor.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

phlwen offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱20 for every ₱1 of bonus funds received before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%). Live dealer games may have varied contribution rates. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for game contribution percentages.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

phlwen reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.

5.5 Promotional Terms Precedence

Specific terms and conditions apply to each promotion and bonus offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All games offered on the phlwen platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

6.2 Game Rules

6.3 Software Errors and Malfunctions

We will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable and take corrective action in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets or games will continue to completion according to the game's rules. Results will be recorded and credited to your account upon reconnection. For live dealer games, if you disconnect before completing your action (e.g., hitting or standing in blackjack), the dealer will complete your hand according to standard house rules.

6.5 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Special limits may apply to VIP players or during promotional periods.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlwen platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Collusion with other players or cheating
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to manipulate gameplay
• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks
• Money laundering or using phlwen services for illegal financial transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing phlwen from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Abusing bonuses or promotions
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise phlwen's security systems
• Engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players

8.2 Investigation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. During an investigation, we may suspend your account and withhold funds pending resolution. If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your account permanently, confiscate all balances (including deposits and winnings), and report your activity to relevant authorities if illegal conduct is suspected.

8.3 Right to Refuse Service

phlwen reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any user at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of Terms, or if we believe continued service would violate applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the phlwen platform are owned by or licensed to phlwen and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phlwen platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or materials obtained from phlwen without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phlwen's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service "As Is"

phlwen services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phlwen, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall phlwen's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our services exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.4 Force Majeure

phlwen shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of phlwen services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phlwen services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phlwen.

12. Modifications to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

phlwen reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phlwen website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date.

12.2 Notification of Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to these Terms via email or prominent notice on our website. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of phlwen services following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and may close your account by contacting customer support.
